  I have to say Iv never been disappointed by this location before! I found that no matter who makes my drink here always makes it very well and the exact same no matter how busy it gets!! 10/10 would recommend

  Such a friendly staff . They are owned by WhistlerBlackcomb and therefore can't redeem the Starbucks Reward Points due to different till systems. Baristas are informative and have created an initiative to make less waste by offering their iced drinks "For Here" in stunning Glass cups like the one pictured here! Patient and kind , that's the way I like to be served my morning brew!

  I usually don't write reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience so I wanted to share it. We came in at 8:10 am and ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 sandwiches. We knew it was peak time and we wanted to make sure we could grab our food quickly before the Gondola lines got long and the barista said "it will take a while but not too long". after a 15 minutes wait a an enquiry, one of the baristas handed out our food and we went out. Only to notice that wasn't our order despite of being given to us by her in person. After coming back in, we waited another 10 minutes to get our order which turned out to be wrong! One of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. After arguing with them one more time, I finally got my sandwich warmed up and given to me. Bottom line is, we waited 30 minutes for our food to be warmed up so by the time we got to the Gondola, we had to wait in line for 40 min since it was now peak time. We got 2 drink vouchers for our troubles but honestly, it didn't make it up for an extremely disappointing experience at a Starbucks. If you are in a rush, do yourself a favour and go to Tim Hortons down the street or another local café.

  A Starbucks that's not really operated by Starbucks. You are allowed to collect points, but good luck redeeming them. If you're a chain every store should be the same. Otherwise call it something else. Ordered with the intention of paying with stars. When the person taking the order heard this they gave us the talk. But as soon as I modified the order (I'm sorry I'm not using my free drink I'm no longer ordering a fancy large one) there was a hint of frustration.
