  Had a bagel sandwich and added a bowl of beef and barley soup. The sandwich was great, but the soup tasted like hot water. After two bites I asked if I could swap it for something else. The lady behind the counter said "well clearly you've had some, so I can't just exchange it. It will have to be thrown out. I can offer you something else at half price." I would have been happy with a bag of chips at this point, but want willing to pay to replace something that was of very poor quality. I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place if I knew it was going to taste like barley tea. It was quite literally hot, brown water. Even with the decent sandwich this place is not worth the 4.7 rating, so I give it two stars.

  Simple food done well with friendly staff. Good straightforward place to grab a snack, cake or whatever. Relatively inexpensive as well.

  Food looks better than it is. It's good though, but not great.
  Service was "meh"... I asked for no cucumber in my sandwich and got lots of it. Bun was yummy but I had actually asked for sandwich and not burger bun. Soup was good but not delicious. Veggie roll was alright... A bit soggy from the microwave.
  We both had a bit of a stomachache after.
  
  I wouldn't go again I think.
