  guy with the long beard is rude and unprofessional. also, the length of his beard is disgusting. wouldn't want him anywhere near my food or drinks. i guess this place has no grooming standards. yuck

  The gentleman with the beard half way down his chest was not only rude and unprofessional, but having facial hair of that length in the food industry is absolutely disgusting!

  Food was great and they had a fireplace to sit by with a decent selection of drinks. The service, however was extremely slow. Even though there were only a few other guests at the lounge it took about 40 minutes to get our food. Definitely room for improvement there.
