  Very friendly staff. Ben, the party planner there, was very accommodating. It was really nice for my wife and I to get to know him. He not only provided excellent bar service but also gave us great tips for activities and dining in the area. Definitely take care of him when you stop in!

  I thought that it was really cool that this place is wheel chair accessible. There was a group with a few people in wheelchairs, and they were able to get onto the dance floor and party it up! Also the music was pretty good.

  Joke of a place, drank here five nights on the run staying in Crystal lodge to then turn up and be asked for 2 forms of I.d !!! 2! To then be shouted at "welcome to Canada maan"
  I'm 37 years old. Will never be going back to that place to spend $9 a drink again. Nice one buffalo bill !!

  If you want to be physically assaulted by Gabby, then go here!! Note: after our bad experience, we learned that she was fired from a local hostel for displaying similar hostile behavior
  
  The evening started out GREAT!! The door guy, Dan, was fantastic. When we went to walk in, the doorgirl named Gabby (dark hair) yelled at us to check our coats. She was so rude that we initially thought she was joking. We explained that it would take a second to transfer our personal belongings and she rolled her eyes and told us she didn't care, we needed to listen to her. Umm... so much for nice service. The blonde lady who checked our coats lifted our spirits. She laughed with us about our light up gloves and was so personable so we thought, eh, what the heck, maybe Gabby is just a lonely gal who wastes her life belittling others. Gabby is again rude, barking at us. "DID YOU CHECK YOUR COATS???"...UM... you watched us.. maybe she has amnesia. As she is screaming at us, a guy came to check us in the for the wing-eating contest. I explained that we were excited to compete and he was very standoffish. GABBY finally let us in and we walked in, wondering why she was so rude. A guy (manager?) led us to the food and even offered us free drinks. We were immediately like ok, this can't be as bad as Gabby and the grumpy wing guy. We were so happy with how the manager treated us that we ordered an additional 2 drinks and tipped the bartenders heavily (300%). I was driving, so I had less than a beer and my girlfriends had less than two. Clearly not drunk- we are professionals on a vacation to relax, not be wild. Our idea of wild is bringing light up gloves to a bar.
  We asked the manager about the competition and he led us to Gabby. When she saw us walk over, she immediately recovered her insecure scowl and ignored us. We explained that he brought us over for tickets and she rolled her eyes again, and she tells us we need to fill it out. She proceeds to TOSS the tickets so they fall around us... wow... is this real life???
  We thought about putting Gabby's name in because obviously she needs something good to happen in her life because it sucks so much. We walk back to our seats and just hang out. The table next to us asks us if we also had trouble with Gabby. We were like YES!! We start talking about how miserable she is, and all decide we want to dance instead of letting miserable Gabby ruin our vacations. We only had one light up glove, so my girlfriend left to retrieve the other glove from her coat. When my girlfriend went to get her coat, she talked to the blonde at the coat check who was incredibly kind and was excited for the gloves. My girlfriend told her she just had to grab them to go back in and the blonde was like "That's awesome!"
  
  When my girlfriend went to reenter, Gabby refused her entry, demanding a receipt. My girlfriend explained that she was only two steps from her and needed to retrieve her glove. As she went to walk back in, she was physically assaulted by Gabby. Gabby yanked her arm and pulled her back in. GABBY started yelling at her and told her that she needed to pay. My girlfriend was so confused and was very upset, as she did not leave the building and Gabby clearly knew that. She was so shaken up to be treated with such discrimination and further shaken up that she was PHYSICALLY YANKED AND ASSAULTED. My girlfriend explained that she just grabbed her glove. Gabby told her, rudely, "NO YOU NEED TO PAY." My girlfriend asked for the manager and Gabby ignored her. By then, my girlfriend had enough. She ran in and told us that we needed to leave- I instantly knew it was Gabby, as did our new friends who said that Gabby was also miserable. As we went to leave, my friend was visibly upset. The manager seemed confused. I explained that I recorded multiple instances that night and that she was abusive and cruel. He didn't seem to be listening and seemed very distracted.
  
  We won't be back and will be sure to tell everyone about our miserable experience. Poor Gabby- maybe a prison guard would be a more fitting career?
